Returns Policy
Not happy with the color or print on your pinboard? Maybe the size doesn't quite work for your space? Not a problem! We are happy to accept any returns as long as the pinboard is in the original condition in which it was shipped within 30 days of receiving your order. There may be a fee deducted from your refund if it is returned in a poor condition; but let's be honest; that rarely happens. Refunds usually take 5-7 business days to process from the day of receiving, but the time could be extended depending on your bank.
We do not accept exchanges. Instead you will need to return the pinboard back to us, along with your order number to receive a refund. You would then place an order for the new pinboard you are wanting instead.
If you need to return your pinboard, please Contact Us with your order number and the details pertaining to the return. We will respond quickly with instructions and/or a return label.
